Osceola EOOD uses its expertise and provides services for medical data entry in cooperation with its partners. We help our clients to focus energy on their core business. Daily processing currently reaches 70,000 documents using terminal solutions such as Citrix.

Since 2008 we have processed over 88 million healthcare documents.

Homogeneous documents used in marketing research and as registration cards in which the information is structured equally. We process data from all types of handwritten and printed forms accurately, quickly and effectively.

To process data from scanned images, we use our own software called Muskogee Net, which quickly adapts to the specific project.

The data entered in our software and the quality assurance tools guarantee a high standard that meets exactly our clients' requirements.

Since 2006, we have worked on 161 projects and processed over 32 million documents.

Muskogoee Net

From 2009 for homogeneous documents processing, Osceola EOOD uses its own developed software - Muskogee.Net.

The purpose of Muskogee.Net is to facilitate and accelerate the work of the image processing staff, as well as to improve their quality of work. The software displays consecutively the documents for processing on the working display, marking the information for each individual field.

Muskgoee FlexFox

To be able to fulfill our customers' requirements and to improve our services, at the end of 2010 we started the development of Java-based software to automate the processing of heterogeneous documents - Muskogee FlexFox. Muskogee FlexFox is the latest internal product developed by Osceola EOOD regarding the management of business processes and can be adjusted in accordance with the technology and IT-systems used in the client company. The main objective is the digitalisation of scanned heterogeneous documents.
